Extremely rare King Stephen “York Flag” type silver pennies (c. 1135–1154, S1313) are highly prized, with one notable example selling at auction for

£8,500. Other high-grade or rare examples have been listed or sold for around £2,500, with even fragmented or lower-grade examples commanding hundreds of pounds due to their rarity and historical significance.
